My tire started going flat on my way home from work around 5:30 pm in Germantown. I stopped here as a last-ditch effort to see if someone was available to pump my tire enough to get me home before the storm hit this past Friday. Tim came up to the desk to help me even though the store had closed five minutes earlier. Not only did he stay an extra 20 minutes to take a look at my tire, but he soaped it, found the leak, plugged it, tested it, pumped my tire back up, and even replaced my air caps that had gone missing somewhere in my travels. They've told me when they didn't think it was worth my money to get a repair done; they've made some small repairs and adjustments for me at no charge from time to time. My family has been coming here for years now and can't ask for better customer service. They all treat you like family and are a pleasure to do business with. I've had everything from major repairs to simple oil changes & tire rotations and they always do quality work. They don't keep them in stock and have to order them but so far they have beat even online prices.
