A friend of mine has a two year old son who has cancer and brought her car in to get it fixed because she desperately relied on her car to get to appointments and transport to and from the hospital. After the owner learned of this, he told her not to worry about the $400 to fix the car, and he did it for free! I’ve never seen character like that in my life. My tire started going flat on my way home from work around 5:30 pm in Germantown. I stopped here as a last-ditch effort to see if someone was available to pump my tire enough to get me home before the storm hit this past Friday. Tim came up to the desk to help me even though the store had closed five minutes earlier. Not only did he stay an extra 20 minutes to take a look at my tire, but he soaped it, found the leak, plugged it, tested it, pumped my tire back up, and even replaced my air caps that had gone missing somewhere in my travels.
